Dr. Josipa Bauser is a user research leader with over 15 years of experience working with global companies like Amazon and SumUp. She specialises in building research practices that inform product strategy and design decisions. With a PhD in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri, she now teaches at IE Business School in Madrid, helping students apply research to real-world digital product development.

Patrizia Sailer is a lecturer at FH Burgenland, teaching in the Department of Information Technology. She holds master’s degrees in Cloud Computing Engineering and Business Information Systems and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the University of Vienna. Her research focuses on gamified learning platforms, and she is passionate about applying gamification to improve user engagement in various contexts.

Dr. Yves Staudt is an associate professor in applied data science at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. With over 12 years of experience in data strategy and product development, he specialises in turning structured and unstructured data into actionable insights. Holding a PhD in actuarial science, he is passionate about aligning data-driven strategies with customer needs to create innovative solutions.
