Dr. Yves Staudt
Dr. Yves Staudt is an associate professor in applied data science at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons. With over 12 years of experience, he focuses on developing data strategies and aligning them with customer needs to drive innovative product and service solutions. He holds a PhD in actuarial science.
Synopsis
In this course, participants will discover how to apply data strategies and AI tools to develop customer-centric products and services driven by actionable insights.
