Dr. Josipa Bauser
Dr. Josipa Bauser is a user research leader with over 15 years of experience working with global companies such as Amazon and SumUp. She specialises in building research practices that inform product strategy and design decisions. With a PhD in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri, she now teaches at IE Business School in Madrid, helping students apply research to real-world digital product development.
Synopsis
In this course, students will learn how to utilise AI tools to collect, analyse, and visualise qualitative data to drive innovation and enhance customer experience.
Course goal / Guiding idea
To provide students with the knowledge and tools to integrate AI into qualitative research, enabling them to uncover actionable insights, improve customer experience strategies, and drive innovation in product development.
